Utah State University Open House, Diversity and First-Gen Day, and How to Apply:

Open House event: There’s going to be a Salt Lake Open House on Oct 21st from 3-7 pm @ the Viridian Event Center. (Students can attend any Open House, they like. There will also be a Lehi and Layton Open House) This event will have all the colleges and departments from USU available so that student

and parents can ask specific questions. There will also be loads of Aggie Ice Cream and USU Swag. Students could also walk away with scholarships based on their application to USU. Please have students register: How to Apply” video to share with students for UCAW:

Our goal: To empower people of color and first-generation students to make the most revolutionary difference in themselves, in their communities, and in our nation. Let us help you explore your future and experience what it’s like to be an Aggie. Enjoy activities and workshops, learn about college preparation, and see firsthand why USU is a great place for first-generation students and students of all backgrounds. You will also receive swag, lunch, and of course, our Famous Aggie Ice Cream. Can’t wait to see you here! Registration is FREE! True Blue Days is a series of events focused on different aspects of Utah State University. Students can pick an event that most interests them and register online. All events: We are hosting the Diversity & First-Generation Day in Logan. I would love for all juniors and seniors to be informed about the event.
