My physician colleague and I recently started a podcast called The Future Minority Doctor Podcast which aims to empower and inspire under-represented minority high school and college students to become doctors. We know that under-represented minorities (including Hispanics, Blacks, Pacific Islanders, Native Americans) often face many unique challenges on their educational journey. We hope to help them know that they can become doctors and empower them with tools to succeed in doing so.
