Seniors! If you have not taken the ACT that was scheduled for April 7th ( cancelled due to COVID school dismissal), you still have a chance to take the test for free. A voucher code will be sent to you if you sign up on this FORM.
If you have already received and USED a voucher for a national ACT, you are NOT eligible for another voucher. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A REQUEST IF YOU HAVE ALREADY APPLIED A VOUCHER.
If you have not used a voucher for National Testing, you may request one using this form. If you requested a voucher to test in the summer and did not use it, please complete this updated form as the previous voucher number will NOT be valid for Fall tests.
